Marie Stipanov – Vice President/Retail Program Manager

Marie is currently Vice President at Valley Bank as Retail Program Manager role.    She has over 37 years of experience in banking and financial services industry, with a background that includes consumer lending, home equity and residential mortgage services.  Over the course of her career, Marie has held a wide range of roles that strengthened her understanding of financial operations, risk awareness and organizational responsibility.  She also served as a Marketing Strategist. Where she focused on program design, stakeholder engagement, and aligning messaging with organizational priorities.  

Currently, she works as a Retail Program Manager, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensuring programs are executed responsibly and effectively.  She is committed to using her professional experience to support nonprofit organizations through strong governance, ethical oversight, and collaborative leadership.  Marie has served on Habitat for Humanity Committees as well as The Boys and Girls Club organizations.  She is particularly motivated to contribute to missions that serve individuals and communities in meaningful, sustainable ways.
