The Annual Male Breast Cancer Global Alliance Conference brings together male survivors, their families, friends and supporters with top medical professionals and leading experts from the breast cancer research and oncology fields. The international conference, which focuses on increasing awareness and education about breast cancer in men, showcases the latest in research developments and clinical trials with an impressive line-up of speakers from leading organizations around the world. 2023 Conference Speakers (in formation):

Ben H. Park, MD, PhD, Director, Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, Cornelius Abernathy Craig Chair, Professor of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology, Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Dr. Park is an internationally renowned physician, scientist, and breast cancer expert with a specialty in male breast cancer research and clinical care of men with breast cancer.

Dr. Nick Orr, PhD, School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences, Patrick G. Johnston Centre for Cancer Research at Queen’s University in Belfast, Ireland.

Dr. Orr is the Lead Researcher for a new international consortium working to uncover genes that lead to breast cancer in men.

Fatima Cardoso, MD, Director, Breast Unit, Champalimaud Clinical Center in Lisbon, Portugal.

Dr. Cardoso is actively involved in many Stage I-IV breast cancer clinical trials and is deeply involved in the field of cancer policy, accessibility, and inequalities. She is the Founder and President of the Advanced Breast Cancer (ABC) Global Alliance, as well as the Founder and Chair of the ABC International Consensus Guidelines Conference.

Oliver Bogler, PhD, Breast Cancer Survivor, Director, NCI Center for Cancer Training in Bethesda, MD

Dr. Bogler was diagnosed with Stage III cancer in 2012 while working as a cancer biologist at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He completed active treatment in 2013 and has participated in several clinical trials. Dr. Bogler is currently the Director of the Center for Cancer Training at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in Bethesda, MD.
