Dr. Hwaida Marwan Hannoush is a distinguished physician, researcher, and healthcare leader specializing in preventive and noninvasive cardiology, with advanced expertise in metabolic cardiology, echocardiographic imaging, and functional medicine. As the founder of Precimed Clinic, she leads innovative programs in metabolic cardiology and women’s heart health, focusing on personalized, integrative approaches to cardiovascular care.
Dr. Hannoush’s career reflects a unique blend of clinical excellence, research innovation, and public health leadership. She previously served at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where she was a Staff Clinician and a leading expert in echocardiography. In this role, she supervised and interpreted complex cardiac imaging studies for both clinical and research applications, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across NIH institutes, and contributed to pioneering investigations, including novel applications of cardiac strain imaging to assess vascular health.
