Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Accounting, and has more than 25 years working in the entertainment arena. His experience includes a successful music career working with artists such as Nicki Minaj, Mary J. Blige, and Prince, for whom he served as Road Manager and Advance Man; the experience afforded him the opportunity to develop invaluable global alliances and gain immeasurable world experiences. He is a Content Developer and Executive Producer for film, television, and documentaries, and his award-winning production company, Mark Spark Productions, has rapidly become one of the leading producers of original content for TV, digital and film. Mark is currently partnered with the three-time Emmy Award-winning production company, Green Leaf Productions, and has won three Telly Awards for original content. He previously partnered with Al Roker Entertainment for content development, which gave him a “powerhouse platform” and garnered him representation with agent William Morris Endeavor.
A major advocate for Male Breast Cancer Awareness, Mark’s father-in-law (Board member Arnaldo Silva) AND Mark’s wife Vanessa were diagnosed with breast cancer at the same time and have since survived multiple reoccurrences. He was a founding member of the Male Breast Cancer Coalition (now the Male Breast Cancer Global Alliance) and has produced multiple videos documenting the stories of male breast cancer survivors.
