Marcella is currently Vice President of Business Banking at Valley Bank. She has over 20 years of banking experience, with proficiency in business development, coaching, and relationship building. Initially a successful entrepreneur in the food industry, Marcella transitioned into the corporate world of banking by utilizing skills acquired through creating differentiated marketing and client experiences, business development strategies, and maintaining strong relationships.
Active in community affairs, Marcella is a committed leader, volunteer, and/or board member for a variety of organizations. She is the founder of the women’s networking group “Warren Ladies Lunch”, as well as “50 Leaders Over Fifty.” She is past Chairwoman of the Suburban Chamber of Commerce, an Advisory Board member of Summit YMCA, an Executive Board Member of Boy Scouts of America Patriots Path Council, a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for Women United (committee United Way of Northern NJ) of Morris County, member of the Morristown Rotary Club, and a Board member of the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship’s Women of Influence committee, is a former board officer of the Millburn Chamber of Commerce, and a former member of the Summit Lions Club and the Rotary Clubs of Caldwell, Summit/New Providence, and Berkeley Heights.
Marcella was recognized as the Summit Area YMCA Mission Advancement Volunteer of the Year and has been honored with the 2019 Boy Scouts of America Tribute to Women Award, the 2023 YWCA of North Tribute to Women of Influence (TWIN) Award, and the 2024 “Celebration of Life” V.I.P. Person of Influence Award. With her enormous talents, “spheres of influence,” and extensive contacts, Marcella is wholly committed to MBCGA’s mission and goals, as well as helping the organization develop new relationships and partnerships that will increase its ability to do more, support more, and save more lives on a global scale.
